WOW Cafe has rolled out four new sauces and spice rubs: Maple Cinnamon, Chinese Chili Mustard, Sea Salt & Vinegar spice rub, and BBQ Ranch spice rub.
The sauces and spice rubs were well received at the 2011 National Buffalo Wing Festival this past Labor Day Weekend in Buffalo, NY.  "The Maple Cinnamon was a hit," said Reid Nolte, Director of Marketing of WOW Cafe & Wingery.  "Typically, we never run out of sauces at the Wingfest.  This year, we ran out of Maple Cinnamon by 3pm on Sunday!".
